In document review procedure, whether an applicant has three capabilities including passion, a sense of responsibility and personality for joining Boolim Kwangduk is reviewed through personal history and self introduction statement.

In this procedure, evaluation is performed based on job conformity including ability (competency), knowledge and experience relevant to applied field.

Interview by directors
In this procedure, a general evaluation as to whether an applicant satisfies the requirement of Boolim Kwangduk in terms of personality, corporate philosophy, sincerity, sociality is performed.

Health examination
Through health examination, whether an applicant is qualified for healthy Boolim Kwangduk staff is determined.
